Digital hydraulic gauges feature an LCD display for easier reading of weld forces. Weld force is a critical variable in the resistance welding process. This tool allows users to validate and monitor weld forces.

The gauge features a swiveling head allowing for measurement readings in confined spaces. The load cell features a concave landing pad to accommodate varying electrode nose types. Optional flat landing pad is available upon request.

The maximum force reading is 600 lbs

The gauge cannot be used during the passing of weld current
Requires a 3/4 inch opening between electrodes
