SS Weld Pins are stainless pins designed to work with GH style weld heads. The pin centers the nut for nut welding.

The pilot diameter for the sheet metal hole is 0.298 IN
The pin diameter for the weld nut is 0.192 IN
The part is desigend for use with GH-3 size weld heads

When specifying a pin and GH Head combination, allow 0.005 to 0.010 inch gap per side between the Weld Pin pilot diameter and the GH head thru bore diameter
